PERFER 49
In the still glass, it is intense, gentle, and smooth at the same time, with aromas of ripe fruit. Gradually, the notes of ripe red fruit intermingle with nuances of liqueur, giving way to delicate aromas of rosemary and red pepper.

The entry is smooth and long. Notes of roasted coffee and caramelized cocoa stand out, enveloping the black fruit. It's a long-lasting wine with good structure.

Pairing
Beef tenderloin in a red wine reduction sauce with rosemary and celeriac puree
The sirloin provides the juiciness and structure that the wine complements without overpowering it. The wine and rosemary sauce echoes the wine's herbaceous aromas. The celeriac, with its earthy, smooth flavor, highlights the black fruit and cocoa.
The winery
Perfer Wineries
At Bodegas Perfer, wine quality begins in the vineyard. With 42 hectares planted with Tempranillo, Merlot, Garnacha, and Cabernet Sauvignon, the winery focuses on precise and sustainable viticulture, adapted to the dry climate and altitude of the area. Manual and selective harvesting, along with careful production, controlled fermentation, long maceration, and oak barrel aging, result in elegant, expressive, and authentic wines.
