GIN BLUE PERFER

The Sierra de los Filabres has historically been recognized for its richness in botanical species. Gin Perfer carefully selects the area's native varieties: a very unique juniper, wild rosemary, along with sweet orange peel and lemon peel from our region. These botanicals create a sensorial journey through local products, complemented by ingredients of undeniable quality such as cardamom, coriander, angelica root, and the emblematic desert grape. Always made entirely by hand, Gin Perfer is the first gin produced in the heart of the desert by Bodegas Perfer, located at the foot of Monteagud Hill. It is obtained through traditional distillation in a copper still from grain alcohol and following a triple distillation process.

En nariz, despliega una intensidad aromática compleja, con una mezcla de frutas, destacando la uva moscatel y notas cítricas frescas.

Pairing

Fresh oysters with gin and lemon pearls

The natural salinity of oysters harmonizes perfectly with the botanical freshness of Gin Perfer.
Gin pearls—made from the distillate itself with a touch of lemon—provide an aromatic explosion that highlights its notes of juniper, rosemary, and citrus, elevating the experience to a unique sensory level.

A sophisticated and daring pairing, ideal for those seeking pure flavors, natural elegance... and a touch of the desert in every bite.

La bodega

Perfer Wineries

At Bodegas Perfer, wine quality begins in the vineyard. With 42 hectares planted with Tempranillo, Merlot, Garnacha, and Cabernet Sauvignon, the winery focuses on precise and sustainable viticulture, adapted to the dry climate and altitude of the area. Manual and selective harvesting, along with careful production, controlled fermentation, long maceration, and oak barrel aging, result in elegant, expressive, and authentic wines.
