PERFER INHERITANCE
In the heart of the Almería desert, where the sun caresses the earth with its strength and the wind whispers through resilient vineyards, Heredad Perfer is born. This red wine is not just an expression of the grape: it is a tribute to the passion, heritage, and land that gave it its birth. Each bunch has been cared for like a treasure, ripened under a clear and generous sky, in poor soils that challenge the vine to give its best. That struggle becomes its character: a profound, courageous, and elegant wine, like those who grow it. Heredad Perfer is more than a wine: it is the story of a family that decided to defy the climate and transform an extreme area into an oasis of flavor. It is the liquid testimony that, when the soul is placed in the earth, the earth responds with greatness. With each glass, we pay tribute to our roots, to the heritage that gives its name and meaning to this wine: Perfer, where time and tradition are bottled in the form of emotion.
On the nose, it displays a marked aromatic intensity, with aromas of red fruits accompanied by balsamic notes and an elegant touch of well-integrated wood.

Pairing
Creamy mountain rice with mushrooms and Iberian sausages
The enveloping texture of the creamy rice enhances the wine's structure, while the mushrooms provide an earthy undertone that connects with its mineral origins.
Iberian cured meats—such as cured chorizo or blood sausage—add depth and character, in perfect harmony with the intensity and elegance of Heredad Perfer.
A warm, flavorful, and rooted dish, ideal for pairing with a wine that is pure bottled emotion.
The winery
Perfer Wineries
At Bodegas Perfer, wine quality begins in the vineyard. With 42 hectares planted with Tempranillo, Merlot, Garnacha, and Cabernet Sauvignon, the winery focuses on precise and sustainable viticulture, adapted to the dry climate and altitude of the area. Manual and selective harvesting, along with careful production, controlled fermentation, long maceration, and oak barrel aging, result in elegant, expressive, and authentic wines.
