PERFER VERMOUTH
Between barrels, sun, and silence, a vermouth was born that doesn't follow rules... it imposes them. Vermut Perfer is the essence of the Mediterranean reinterpreted; a tribute to endless afternoons, to conversations accompanied by laughter, to the sacred ritual of the aperitif. Made with a base of quality wine and a careful selection of botanicals, aromatic herbs, and spices, Vermut Perfer is balance in its liquid state. Its amber color invites, its aroma envelops, and its flavor... conquers. It has the soul of a winery and the heart of a plaza. Sweet, bitter, and spicy in just the right amount, it awakens the senses with notes of cinnamon, orange peel, absinthe, and a subtle undertone of toasted caramel. Each sip is a story, a return to authenticity, a toast with the soul of Almería.
Aromatically complex and evocative. Intense notes of sweet spices such as cinnamon and clove are perceived, accompanied by balsamic touches of wormwood, rosemary, and thyme.

Maridaje
-
